Depending on the products you are using (Email and/or SMS), we simply create new lists in your Yotpo account to house the new products, one single opt-in list and one double opt-in list based on legal requirements for the countries you sell to.
We pass information through on the following fields: Dataships Compliance Status - Email/SMS, Net new marketable contact tags, Custom source = Dataships (useful for attribution and reporting).
Brands often include Dataships lists or the master segment directly in campaign recipient criteria to target verified, recent buyers. Use Dataships contacts like you would any other in post-purchase flows, welcome flows, and campaigns.
Dataships does not impact site or checkout load speeds in any way whatsoever. Across our 500 brands we have never received a claim that checkout conversion rates have fallen after installing the app.
Unsubscribe rates typically remain consistent or decrease when compared to other standard audiences in Yotpo. We have never seen them increase.
In most cases no, unless they explicitly opt back in. Soft opt in (not opting out) is not considered sufficient to opt them back in and as such will remain suppressed.
