2. Recruitment: they focus on introducing and connecting clients with talented individuals through a variety of sourcing techniques and executive search. This includes tasks such as application screening, creating job descriptions, candidate selecting, onsite interviews and reference checking.
As a specialized HR firm, they hold a significant amount of, often sensitive, personal data. For clients it is of utmost importance that they have a robust Privacy Program in place to ensure compliance with all aspects of GDPR. Through doing so, all personal data is accessible to the each individual ensuring transparency and allowing the fulfillment of their data privacy rights.
